BATTLE STARTS PROMPTLY AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME!

YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE PARTY ROOM AFTER YOUR BATTLE TIME IS COMPLETE.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR CAKE OR DESSERTS.

This serves as an agreement between NJ Battle Zones LLC and the client named above. Client understands the $200 deposit plus tax is required to confirm the date and time. Remaining balance is due after completion of the event. Party package purchased cannot be downgraded once booking is complete. You may upgrade your package within 7 days of your scheduled event. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE or transferable. No credit for all canceled events/parties. If you need to reschedule and you are within 7-14 days of your scheduled event there will be a $75 fee, 15-21 days $50 fee, 22+ days $25 fee. There are no reschedules for 6 days or less notice. You will receive an email from us a week prior to finalize your event. The headcount provided will be the minimum that will be charged based on your package purchased. If final headcount is more than the provided it will be added accordingly at checkout. You will receive free battle passes for no-shows. No shoes allowed in our arena, must have socks. All guests participating must sign our waiver. NJ BATTLE ZONES LLC reserves the right to decline participant entry if our terms and conditions are not met.

Inclement Weather policy

NJ Battle zones will remain open unless there is a state mandate for businesses to close during a state of emergency.

We leave it at our customer’s discretion if they prefer to move forward or reschedule their events. Rescheduling fees apply and will be based on our availability. If you decide to cancel your event, there will be no credit or reschedules.

In the event NJ Battle Zones have to close, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your event based on our availability and the rescheduling fee will be waived.
